The rates offered by Push Promoter are subject to change without prior notice and the payment/refund policy remains in effect in such cases.

Please note that Push Promoter does not guarantee a specific delivery time or drop rate for any of our services. Our estimated delivery time is based on our best estimation, however, this is not a guarantee and Push Promoter will not provide refunds for orders that are in the processing stage even if they are taking longer than expected.

Orders without a refill period are not eligible for refill, even in the event of a 100% drop. We highly recommend ordering services with a refill period to ensure maximum satisfaction. Push Promoter strives to deliver the services expected by our resellers, and in the case where we deem it necessary, we reserve the right to modify the type of service in order to complete an order successfully.

Any malicious or abusive actions taken through the use of our website may result in the suspension of your account with us. In the event of a suspension, you will be given the opportunity to use any remaining balance in your account before it is suspended. If you attempt to open a new account after a suspension, your new account will be terminated, even if there is a balance remaining in it. We take malicious and abusive actions very seriously and will not tolerate such behavior.

Push Promoter is not accountable or responsible for any account suspensions or picture deletions caused by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or any other social media platform. These actions are taken by the individual social media platforms and are beyond the control of Push Promoter. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that Push Promoter cannot be held liable for any such actions taken by the social media platforms.

Push Promoter is intended to be used solely for the purpose of promoting your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or other social media account and enhancing its visibility. We do not guarantee that the new followers you receive through our services will interact with you, we only guarantee the delivery of the followers you have purchased.

Please note that while we strive to ensure that all accounts provided by Push Promoter have profile pictures, full bios, and uploaded pictures, we do not guarantee that 100% of our accounts will meet these criteria.

We strictly prohibit the upload of any material that is inappropriate or not suitable for the respective social media community, including but not limited to nudity or any other explicit content.

Private accounts are not eligible for a refund. Before placing an order, please ensure that your account is set to public to avoid any issues.

Once a payment has been completed, it cannot be reversed, and no refunds will be made to your payment method. You agree to use your balance on the Push Promoter website for future orders.

We strongly advise against filing a dispute or charge-back against us after completing a payment, as this will result in the termination of all future orders and a ban from our website. In the event of a dispute or charge-back, we reserve the right to remove any followers or likes delivered to your or your client's social media account.

Orders placed on the Push Promoter website cannot be refunded or canceled once they have been placed. If the order is deemed non-deliverable, you will receive a refund credit to your Push Promoter account.

Orders for private accounts or accounts with incorrect information will not be eligible for a refund. Please double-check all order details before placing an order to avoid any issues.

Fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will not be tolerated and will result in the termination of your account with no exceptions.

Please note that using multiple servers for the same account at the same time can result in incorrect follower/like counts and will not qualify for a refund. To ensure accurate results, please only use one server for each page.
